Book Fair is Coming!

The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Lula Elementary School! This Friday, October 24, will be the first preview day. The fair will remain open next week as well. Monday - Thursday, it will be open from 8am - 3pm. On Friday, it will be open from 8am - 12noon. Feel free to come check it out! Students will be allowed to visit the book fair during school hours if they bring money.

The Book Fair Family Event will be Monday, October 27 from 4 - 6pm.

Book character dress-up day is Friday, October 31! Our class is dressing up as characters from A Bad Case of Stripes by David Shannon. You can listen to the book here: http://www.storylineonline.net/a-bad-case-of-stripes. Students can dress up as doctors (or specialists), scientists (experts), the old lady, news reporters, or someone who has caught a bad case of stripes!
