Weekly Homework: Students who work diligently in class will have time to work on their homework at school, but should always bring it home to show you each night before turning it in.
Read for 20 minutes and fill in book, total time, and parent signature on monthly agenda (Due on Friday)
Math Practice – Estimate Then Solve (Due on Thursday)
Overview Practice (due on Thursday)
Linking Verb Practice (due on Tuesday)
Practice on Adapted Mind (adaptedmind.com) at least twice this week
Reminder:
There will be no school on Monday, October 13, 2014 in honor or Columbus Day.
Our Fernbank Field Trip will be Thursday, October 16. It is important that students arrive to school by 7:45, or they may miss the bus. Chaperon information is being home today and must be completed prior to the field trip.
Our Unit 1 Math Test was sent home so that you could see how your child did, but those do need to be returned to school once you have seen them. If you have not sent it back yet, please do so. Our Unit 2 in math will cover multiplication and division.
Take some time this week to discuss what your child is reading at home!
