A Visit from Jaemor!

Caroline Black from Jaemor Farms came to Lula Elementary today to speak with us about how Jaemor is a part of economics. We learned how Jaemor is a producer of fruits and vegetables as well as a consumer of imported goods. We learned that supply and demand influences what products Jaemore sells. When Jaemor began 102 years ago, they only produced peaches and apples. While peaches are still the number one good produced, Jaemor has expanded to sell items like squash, strawberries, and acess to a corn maze based on consumer demand.
